Our work.
The El Paso United Family Resiliency Center (FRC) is a place of healing and support dedicated to serving as a resource to those directly & indirectly impacted by the tragedy of August 3, 2019.
Strong means healing.
The El Paso Office of Emergency Management, along with Emergence Health Network and other community partners, is proud to be a part of an informational campaign designed to let El Pasoans know help is available.
